Who am I?

With 10+ years in academic and corporate education, I excel in results-oriented talent development, human resources, talent consulting, and coaching, holding a key position as Regional Talent Development Head for a NYSE/S&P 500 company.

My approach integrates learning business process design, learning transformation based on neuroscience and learning sciences, curriculum design and analytics, fostering a learning culture that has enhanced learner engagement across Asia Pacific offices by 40%.
